Our Alpenwurzen are made from the finest beef from Pustertaler Sprinzen – an old, endangered breed – refined with a portion of Duroc free-range pork.

The animals spend three summers on the alpine pasture, grazing on herb-rich high-altitude pasture grass and, in winter, exclusively hay. No concentrated feed, no silage—just honest feeding.

Smoked in small batches over beech wood and air-dried.
