General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for online sales via www.alpenjerky.at

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.alpenjerky.at by consumers in accordance with Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
The sale is carried out as part of primary agricultural production . This is not a company within the meaning of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) .
2. Contracting party

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The products presented in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking "Buy now," you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the shipping confirmation via email.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in euros, exempt from VAT according to Section 6 Paragraph 1 Item 27 UStG (flat rate).
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
Shipping will take place after receipt of payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery Areas
We only deliver to:

6. Delivery
Delivery will take place within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.
These are dry products packaged in accordance with food regulations and shipped unrefrigerated.
7. Right of withdrawal & return
According to Section 18 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods (food).
A return is therefore excluded.
8. Disclaimer
We assume no liability for any intolerances, allergies, incorrect storage by the buyer or transport damage after handover to the shipping service provider.
The use of the products is at your own risk.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply, where applicable.
Complaints must be reported in writing by email to kontakt@alpenjerky.at within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

WHAT MAKES OUR JERKY SPECIAL
Directly from the farm. From a special breed.
Our jerky packs don't just contain dried meat - they tell the story of their origin.
We keep our three-year-old Pustertaler Sprinzen ourselves.
Raised on Tyrolean alpine pastures, in suckler cow husbandry, without concentrated feed.
Refined with time, craftsmanship and genuine taste.
Ich bin André Vögele. Ich mache Jerky.
Ich züchte Sprinzen. Ich mache Jerky.
Und ich versuche, einen 300 Jahre alten Hof in die Zukunft zu bringen.
Der Schlotthof steht seit 1695 in Innsbruck.
Ich bin hier aufgewachsen – mit Kühen, Hangwiesen, Heu, und irgendwann dem Wunsch, nicht einfach weiterzumachen wie immer.
Also hab ich was draus gemacht.
Unsere Rinder sind Pustertaler Sprinzen, eine vom Aussterben bedrohte Rasse.
Dreijährige Ochsen, auf der Alm, im Winter mit Heu, sonst nichts.
Ich halte sie, ich schlachte sie, und ich verarbeite ein interessantes Stück – das weiße Scherzl – zu Jerky, das den Namen verdient.
Kein Import. Kein Nebenprodukt. Kein Bullshit.
Nur Fleisch, das ich selber in der Hand hatte. Vom Tier bis zum Beutel.
